Fresh Blendz Ice Cream Mix contains 10% butterfat—prime for blender drink making—the ice cream is cut in half when blended, creating the perfect flavor balance. Mostly used in Mudslides and Bushwackers, but recommended for use in Ice Cream based drinks or smoothies.
Serving Instructions: Thaw in refrigerator at 39°F (4°C) for 8 – 10 hours and shake well before using. Product shall be consumed within five days after thawing. Do not refreeze and keep at 39°F (4°C) for up to five days.
