Owners Bruce Russo and Courtenay Carr Russo lead the company with a hands-on approach. Bruce oversees operations and works directly with customers in the field—helping design frozen drink programs, servicing equipment, and ensuring every machine is running perfectly. Courtenay oversees purchasing and product sourcing, constantly looking for new products and trends that help customers grow their beverage programs.
