The Wicket Smash

• 4 ounces Canadian Wicket 24% wine-based Whiskey alternative
• 1 ounce freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 1 ounce simple syrup (adjust to taste)
• 4-5 fresh mint leaves
• Soda water (to top off)
• Ice cubes
• Mint sprig (for garnish)

Muddle mint in bottom of 12 oz cup, add liquid ingredients, fill with ice, top with club soda. Garnish with mint leaves.
